At the Museo del Novecento an exhibition that investigates the parallel path - between 1957 and 1962, between Milan and Paris - of Yves Klein (1928-1962) and Lucio Fontana (1899-1968), in the full autonomy of artistic originality of each. Their creative story, intertwined with a surprising personal bond, is told through over 90 works and a very rich documentation of photographs, period films and archive papers. Organized in collaboration with the Lucio Fontana Foundation of Milan and the Yves Klein Archives of Paris and produced by the Museo del Novecento with Electa, the exhibition makes use of important loans from Italian and foreign museums: among others, the Mnam - Center Georges Pompidou (from which comes a large Anthropométrie by Klein never exhibited in Italy) the Mamac of Nice, the Kaiser Wilhelm Museum of Krefeld, the Louisiana of Humlebæk, the Gam of Turin and the Gnam of Rome.
